“In This Moment” è un viaggio alla scoperta di se stessi, scene di ricordi passati e speranze future contemplate dai suoni dolci e morbidi del piano. È una storia di crescita e trasformazione, di perdita e ritrovamento di se stessi in una sola volta, e infine di imparare a essere pienamente presente in ogni momento lungo la strada.

L’artista

Laura ha realizzato il suo amore per il pianoforte quando ha iniziato a suonare ad orecchio all’età di circa 12 anni, è cresciuta poi iniziando a comporre nello stile minimalista dei suoi musicisti preferiti: Olafur Arnalds e Ludovico Einaudi. Residente in Galles, nel Regno Unito, con la sua giovane figlia, attualmente studia psicologia che spera in futuro di combinare con la sua passione per la musica e eventualmente specializzarsi nel campo della musicoterapia.

“In This Moment” is a journey of self discovery, scenes of past memories and future hopes contemplated by the soft and mellow tones of the piano. It is a story of growth & transformation, of losing & finding yourself all at once, and ultimately learning how to be fully present in each moment along the way.

The Artist

Laura realised her love of piano when she began playing by ear at 12, and grew up composing in the minimalist style of her favourite musicians: Olafur Arnalds and Ludovico Einaudi. Residing in Wales, UK with her young daughter, she currently studies psychology and hopes to combine this with her passion for music to eventually specialise in the field of music therapy.
